What is required to make a reservation?
Once you have chosen your Unique Vaca Stay you may book directly online 24/7. Simply click on the "BOOK IT NOW" option and follow the prompts.
When making your reservation we require a 25% deposit, which is applied to your total booking amount due. The balance of the payment will be due 45 days prior to check-in day. Reservation is non-refundable when within 14 days from arrival. If reservation is cancelled 15 days or further from arrival a $250 cancellation fee will be held back from the refunded balance.
Will I stay in the Unique Vaca Stay I have specifically chosen?
Yes. If you have chosen and booked a Unique Vaca Stay of your choice you will stay in that specifiic vacation home. If for some unforeseen reason we have to move you to another Unique Vaca Stay you will be relocated to a vacation rental of similar style and/or location with your permission. If you prefer not to stay a full refund will be offered.
Can I smoke in the home?
All of our vacation homes have strict No Smoking policies.
Are all of the rental homes licensed?
Yes, all of the vacation rental homes under our management are licensed according to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and pertinent county.
Florida Gold Property Management LLC is also licensed to do business in the State of Florida and each county it operates in.
What time is check in/out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, unless an early check-in has been pre-approved by the office.
Check out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out has been prearranged and confirmed by the office.
Do you allow pets?
Although many of our Unique Vaca Stays do not allow pets, we do offer a number of Unique Vaca Stays that are "pet friendly". Pets must be pre-approved at the time of reservation and a non-refundable pet fee will be charged.
What is stocked in the kitchens?
We provide all dinnerware and flatware, a variety of utensils for cooking/baking/serving/etc. All major and minor appliances including, toaster, and coffee maker.
What else do you supply in your Unique Vaca Stay?
We provide trash can liners, a small soap in each bathroom, a starter laundry detergent tab and paper products to start off your stay. Refills can be purchased from a local store.
Does the Unique Vaca Stay have laundry machines onsite?
Yes all units have a washer and dryer.
Do you supply all linens?
Yes, we provide all bed and bath linens for every Unique Vaca Stay
Do the Unique Vaca Stays have air conditioning and heat?
Yes, all of our Unique Vaca Stays have both Air conditioning and Heating. Some Unique Vaca Stays also have ceiling & free-standing fans.
What are your office Hours?
Florida Gold Property Management / Unique Vaca Stay office is open from Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Staff may be working remotely at times and if call is not answered by direct staff it will be routed to our call center who will get the message to us ASAP.
